Important Religious Disclaimer: All virtual and 360° experiences provided by Pilgrim's Path are strictly for educational and preparatory purposes only. They do NOT replace, substitute, fulfill, or count toward the religious obligation of performing actual Hajj or Umrah. There is no technological or virtual substitute for the physical pilgrimage. Always consult a qualified scholar for religious guidance.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination of a paid account, refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at contact@pilgrimspath.io.
We offer lifetime one-time payment plans as described on our Pricing page. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
All payments are processed by third-party payment processors (including but not limited to Paystack and Stripe). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. We do not store full credit card or bank details on our servers; all financial data is handled by our payment processors in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact us at contact@pilgrimspath.io within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and, where applicable, issue a correction or refund.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities in your jurisdiction based on your purchase. We will collect and remit taxes where legally required to do so.
We offer a refund policy as detailed on our dedicated Refund Policy page. In summary: you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than 50% of the platform's paid content. Please read the full Refund Policy before making a purchase. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate account suspension and will be considered a breach of these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You expressly agree NOT to:

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to: (a) download or copy content other than page caching for personal use; (b) sell, license, or commercially exploit the Service or content; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code; or (d) create derivative works.
We respect intellectual property rights. Our Service uses third-party tools including but not limited to: Supabase (database), Paystack (payments), Meta Pixel (advertising analytics), and Cloudflare (security). Use of these tools is subject to their respective terms of service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PILGRIM'S PATH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pilgrim's Path and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or payment right; or (d) any claim that your submitted content caused damage to a third party.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@pilgrimspath.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will endeavor to respond within 30 business days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court for disputes within the applicable monetary limits. The arbitration shall be administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action. YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent court proceedings are required (outside of arbitration), you consent to the personal jurisdiction of competent courts.
Pilgrim's Path shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, or power outages.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable prior notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pilgrim's Path with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
